Natalie has over 20 years’ experience designing learning experiences and screen-based storytelling video production for government and corporate education clients, running her own agency Strike a Chord since 2017. Clients include the National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS), Salesforce-based ChildStory at Department of Communities and Justice, NSW Department of Planning and Environment, NSW Fire and Rescue, WaterNSW and NSW Treasury.
When she took over the family’s real estate agency JRP Realty in 2020, she met James, who then shared his mission to use his different perspective and ideas to inspire the next generation of real estate agents through training. Natalie researched the landscape and saw immediately how she could innovate learning and training in real estate, particularly in the digital space. For the last 3 years she has worked steadily to build user and learner experiences that are authentic, usable and industry focused, drawing on the real operational and business knowledge of the team’s collective network.
Natalie is very excited to begin implementing the next phase of innovating learning experience in 2024.
